Refund policy

Return:
In SOICARE. We hope that you are 100% satisfied with the goods you purchased, which is why we implement a risk-free 30-day free return policy! This means that if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges:
Please check the product first when receiving the goods. If you find that the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product (such as the wrong color, model, etc.), please take a picture or video immediately and send it to the email info@soicarearoma.com, by our Customer service processing, after confirming the problem, we will handle a refund or exchange for you for free.Return the product to Shanghai Huyi Road No. 1

After we receive the package, we will process the return and refund for you within 4-7 working days. And we will notify you of the refund via email.

Non-returnable items:
We can only refund regular-priced items, but unfortunately, promotional items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns of used oil-in-package products.

The refund is overdue or missing (if any):
If you have received our refund notification, please note that it may take 3-4 business days for your bank to process it. (Orders not purchased with PayPal)
If you still cannot see the refund afterwards, please send us an email to info@soicarearoma.com and we will check again for you.
Cancel/change order:
If you want to cancle/ change the order when it doesn't ship out, you can cancle/ change it as you want. If the product you want to cancel/change has already been sent, you cannot cancel or change the order. However, you can return the item after it has arrived.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after placing the order.However, you can return the item after it has arrived.
Product warranty:
If you have purchased an extended warranty period but encounter problems, please send an email to info@soicarearoma.com with your order number. Please also note that you have an extended warranty period and how long (1 or 2 years).
Once we confirm your extended warranty and need to replace the diffuser, we will send you a brand new diffuser for free. You do not need to send back the old model.
