Shipping policy

 

1. Transport area (free shipping)
We do not charge any postage, free delivery for you.
2. Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, stock orders are usually shipped the next business day. (In rare cases, we cannot ship within 24 hours, and we guarantee that it will be shipped within 2 working days.) For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. After the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. The carrier is FedEx DHL or UPS. Please deliver your shipment to your address within 7 to 14 working days. For any third-party transportation, we cannot provide any other transportation information or documents. Any delivery dates provided by SOICARE are estimates.
Any changes made by the customer to the shipment after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, suspending the order or updating the shipping settings/preferences, if any problems occur, the option of replacing the item and/or refunding will be abandoned.
3. Order tracking
If you have registered on SOICARE, you can track orders and shipping and processing information on your account.
